I have difficulty paying on line. I’d rather send a payment by mail or have my bills be taken out of my bank account each month

The current month to date cumulative usage is incorrect today.

Can’t log in again cause it’s dumb again, error, no error on my face login fine but won’t proccess, can’t pay bill sometimes cause app says payment went threw but then never get charge and then payment never went threw, this app aggravates me

I used to be able to pay on the PSEG app.. one day I go to pay on my phone and I can’t!! The whole thing changed… so not happy. Now all I use the app for is to see what I owe. Can’t pay anything. So disappointed
