Sorry to leave such a negative review, but on apple the homescreen icon for the app isn’t showing up, and I can’t uninstall the app as a result. Any help?

I downloaded the app but got a screen of a broken fence with the sun and mountains in blue red and yellow! Managed to choose the language but couldn’t get beyond this screen. Help please
