I complained because these people are frauds and instead of giving my money back they gave me credit in the app I will never use. Why would I ever contact another scam artist on here ??? Don’t waste your money or time. The scam artists say crazy things toying with your emotions. The psychics have fake reviews because you can’t actually review the individual psychics.

This app is totally a scam, non of the psychics are real. Don’t waste your money on this. You will regret.

On November 12th the App crashed after a recent launch of a new payment method interface in which I was out of $ 60 and 3 sessions. Thousands of users and the Psychic Advisors were effected by the crashed app, in which the app confirmed that there were technical issues. Since the app refused to refund my bank account I had no choice but to contact my bank to be refunded. My bank actually blocked the entire app for a day and a half then unblocked the entire app on December 3rd. After the bank unblocked the entire app my card kept on declining on the new payment method interface so the app switched back my account to the old payment interface after going back and forth with switching between interfaces. When the new interface was switched back on, my card kept declining even when I was on the phone with the bank and the bank confirmed that the entire app was unblocked ( 2 agents in the fraud department of my bank were confused just as I am because they were the department to unblock the entire app). After the app noticed that my payment method was declining on the newly launched payment method interface they switched it permanently to the old payment interface and guess what…………..my card stopped declining. I have sent email after email regarding this plus I contacted Google to report the issue too and no response back at all. On December 18th on an updated review on Google Play Store reviews the app Developer flat out said that they are not taking responsibility and that it’s my banks issue and that I would need to contact them but the review just like this review stated that my bank unblocked the entire app. My bank made a perfectly valid point that if they blocked the entire app that my card would be declining on both the old and new payment methods interfaces. My bank told me that the issue is an issue that the app needs to fix the issue and to stop getting them involved they confirmed they are not the problem.

I really did waste $10 for them to resend the same messages. Took suspiciously long to write a 2-3 sentence response. Towards the end of the conversation they start to sound more enticing, why not tell the truth straight up? For this being a tarot reading app, please believe in karma and be sincere when someone pays for your reading.

Love the ease of using this app. They offer a free first reading via chat and the psychic’s are real real legit.
