Just as the woefully inadequate services of PTCL, this used to work so fine but as usual PTCL’s product its not working smoothly now. “The app crashes always when you are about to register a complaint using the app.” Kindly fix this app!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And its crashes! App nahi PIA jahaz hogaya always crashes.

One of top worst apps I have ever had the misfortune of using. 1. Asks too many and different details, that I have no clue of, for returning simple information such as data usage. 2. App crashes too often.

Every time I open the app it crashes on Iphone software version 17. Poor experience, please look into it.

Pathetic app. PTCL service is worst. It was my huge mistake to get the connection 3rd time. Same pathetic service. Cheater and fraud salesperson who took money from my direct. Moreover this app crashes while I try to create account. I suggest everyone to avoid this fraud company.

It always says invalid credentials it does not take to log in page after we submit the otps received on mail and sms. Looking Forward to developers team to help in this regard!!

Whenever i try to login the app crashes.I am facing this issue from 2months after I updated the phone. I think this app is not compatible with newer versions of ios. Resolve this issue.

The app is quite useless. Whenever I try to use a service app just crashes and closes itself. Try to check the usage and clicked on my broadband linked account and it closed. So what’s the point of this useless app when it can’t do anything other than just closing itself.
