PU Prime - Trading App

This app needs heavy optimisation, the app itself freezes constantly and there’s nothing I can do on the app after launching. Please fix this

They have reached out to me since my review of the weekly investor. Really didn’t expect that and they have looked into the group and been fantastic. Really can’t fault the broker at all! Want to thank Anass Berdaa for reaching out

I’ve emailed over 5x and they don’t seem to want help

Never sends verification code to mobile to register for App

Be aware I don’t know if this is just a issue of mine or others have had the same but SL and TP ain’t been working on my app what has caused my capital to go :)

My prime account through the app and trading platform stopped working 3 hours ago I had open trades running in profit could not close kept getting a system error I contacted live chat and several emails sent to which no help at all My account is now running at significant losses due to not being able to close or do anything with current trades I have sent numerous messages screenshots with all issues and no reply Be careful before you use prime as your broker They off no help and happily scam people out of their money!!!!

I’m trying to verify my number on the app when I try to login but I still don’t receive any texts with the code or anything

It’s not accepting my Visa card. I live in canada

Not sure why people like to call these brokers scams. Just read terms and conditions. Also make sure you know what leverage and rules apply to you depending on what account you make. Pretty straight forward stuff. Would highly recommend this broker to my friends as this broker has no commission fees for trades but they do have a secret 5-10 usd fee for crypto withdraws. Not nice but understandable as there’s a network fee almost everywhere now above $5 for top crypto performing coins.
