THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY. THEY SAY 2-5 WORKING DAYS FOR WITHDRAWAL BUT INSTEAD THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT!! FUMING

its impossible to withdraw your money, they claim 2-5 working days. when you question them they suggest its an issue with your bank. they will ask for account details and stuff then send a pic with a successful withdrawal on their end when clearly it isnt. SCAM COMPANY DON NOT USE. They have flagged this for defamatory content 😂 still haven’t received my money that should tell you all you need to know. Joke of a company.

the app needs full optimization as it keeps crashing and you can't do anything. Despite reporting issues with the app in previous comments, nothing has been fixed! Stay away from this app before you lose your money at least until all bugs are fixed!!

Dislike this app intensely. Have other apps for Trades I’ve got running and they all out this one in the shade. Difficult to view your portal because of the small print, and tricky to actually find the information you want. Would respectfully suggest this app needs a bit of work.

This app needs heavy optimisation, the app itself freezes constantly and there’s nothing I can do on the app after launching. Please fix this

Be aware I don’t know if this is just a issue of mine or others have had the same but SL and TP ain’t been working on my app what has caused my capital to go :)

My prime account through the app and trading platform stopped working 3 hours ago I had open trades running in profit could not close kept getting a system error I contacted live chat and several emails sent to which no help at all My account is now running at significant losses due to not being able to close or do anything with current trades I have sent numerous messages screenshots with all issues and no reply Be careful before you use prime as your broker They off no help and happily scam people out of their money!!!!
