App is slow, takes forever to load. The worst part is having to always log back in every time the app is opened. Having to log in every time is a hassle and defeats the purpose of having an app.

Not a native iOS app. This is just the website published onto the App Store. If it were an actual native app there would be no reason that your login session lasts only a couple hours before you have to log in again, requiring an OTP code every time. It’s no different than adding the website to your bookmarks and adding it to the home screen. The website is sluggish and this is no different.

Overall a decent app and glad to see Public Mobile finally have an app. I used the app to get Public Mobile Esim without issue. App is overall slow and seems to constantly sign you out however. Good start and hopefully overtime the app will improve.

Please make it so that I don’t need my phone number to verify my account because my account is suspended I waited a month just for a SIM card to come in & now I can’t even log in..

This is a bad mobile website packaged up as an app. Super slow and annoying to use. Please respect your customers and give us a real app not this junk.

Data add-ons used to rollover when customers had plans. Now they expire at the end of a month. Welcome to different? No, welcome to same as big Telecom.

All they need to do now is add the option to have more than one account on the same app. So if my wife or kids sign up I can manage there accounts with the same app.

The app actually does work on iPad. On the other hand, the app can only handle one account. I am using two different emails as users. After establishing access to my account, I signed out. When I sign into the second account I get pushed back to the first acccount. So I blew the app away and started over. I put in the second account first and now I can only access the second account.
