User experience of both websites and this app are terrible.
Either the videos, nor the photos can be viewed after purchase
App crushes every time trying to load a video!!! Photos can only be properly displayed in catalogue preview, viewing photos individually turns the selected photo into total black!!! The most frustrating part is both purchased photos and videos can not be viewed through web browsers, at least, as an alternative!!!

Not easy to understand and navigate Would be more user-friendly if you had English version or translation but so far good (-:

Cannot open a preview video on some magazine.

Purchased book, can't even read it as the whole thing is a black screen. App crashes all the time.

先前聯絡Pubu的客服，請求協助Pubu app開啟後過幾秒即會閃退的問題。這兩個月來問題從沒解決，也沒協助退費。非常令人失望，如果得不到善意回應，會請求Apple Store將這個有瑕疵的app下架。因為購買的商品，基本上根本無法閱讀。

Very useful app, easily to find Chinese ebooks and magazines. Nice app design for reading, and the prices of ebooks are reasonable. Recommended.

雜誌上架非常慢，每日報紙經常缺席，三天的報紙集中在一天上架。平板無法水平閲讀。網頁設計差。
無法創帳號也登不進去
我用臉書登入網路購買商品，結果下載app還不能用，會不會太騙錢了… 請問可以幫我處理一下嗎
