The step counter is a bit broken so is the message and maybe just fix it with an update please fix the app and the watch

I can’t even connect to my smart watch I have tried about 30 times but it isn’t even finding my I’m very disappointed

Hard to find things in the app that I want to change and when you press reset on the watch it reset everything on the app as well as on the watch which is really annoying as I then have to switch back to all the customised changes I had made before.

I would give it a higher rating but I don’t like the fact u need to put on ur phone Bluetooth for it connects and it wastes my battery

Won’t connect to phone, Bluetooth is connected but won’t find the watch apparently. Waste of money it seems

Sometime the watch time slows down by 2 min

Just brought it and the step tracker doesn’t seem to count your steps. Everything else works. Well the sleep monitor is also not working properly as it claims I had a perfect nights sleep. I haven’t had a decent sleep in 30 years, let alone a perfect. Going back to the shop tomorrow for a refund.

Not sure why isn’t displaying the right time and date

It’s a great app but could u pls put a compass on the smart watch 😃
