Pulse Card

Worst ever don’t use.

I’ve had this card for years and it’s my best card hands down

I find my pulse card good value easy to use I many my card totally through the app which is easy to navigate.

With a miniature credit limit this will always be just a card for small items.

Option of bank transfer appears to have disappears

Excellent app

The app is generally good and functions as expected but a recent change means that the option to pay by card no longer shows for me. Instead I have to select the option to pay via Payit and then cancel to be returned to the app so I can try paying by card. This can be hit or miss, usually needing a few attempts with force closing the Pulse app before trying again. This makes no sense to me and I would rather not pass my data onto another middle man so please bring back this most basic of features to pay by card directly within the app.

Easy App to use Friendly staff

Despite making a payment my balance did not reflect the payment. I raised the dispute in April and provided indisputable evidence of the payment to pulse. By November, having continued to pay interest on the disputed amount for 7 months, having heard nothing from Pulse, I contacted them again. I was on the phone for 45 minutes, transferred to three different departments and then advised that it wasn’t there problem. At that point I could take no more. I paid off the full balance on the account and closed it. Enough is enough! I lost £120 to them but clearly they need it badly!!! Next step the Financial Ombudsman.
