Unreliable data and customer service
The measurements from the pulse monitor fluctuate drastically from one minute to another (the body age could vary from 30 to 50 within a few minutes, not to mention the other meridian measurements. This makes us question the validity of the device and the algorithm behind it. How are we going to improve our daily exercise / diet habits based on the data when we can’t trust the data? We contacted the customer service and somehow they sent a sports nutritionist to consult with us. She was a bit unprofessional: first she said that the different postures could result in different measurements within minutes. But when we showed her how we took the pulse she was looking at her phone and answering messages instead of looking at our postures. After this she kept saying that it could be this reason or that reason and insisted that we try the device for another month without offering us a concrete solution. While we understand that she probably was unprepared for this type of technical consult (in the beginning she thought this was a sports / nutrition consult) due to customer service miscommunication, the company should have done a better job training their customer service preps and consultants given the high price of the product. Overall, a waste of money and time.
