my sister has been using different account and codes to get free cards under many accounts please stop her

I can see why they’re closing. I used to use them all the time but the estimated mail date isn’t accurate if their artists don’t do their part. I have twin nephews doing a wilderness camp.. and one won’t get a card but the other will due to one good artist and one who doesn’t give an eff.

I can’t update my account photo or add a photo to a card without getting an error with random text. May want to sort that out.

I was getting ready for bed last night when it hit me… Sunday is Mother’s Day! We know we can’t forget our moms! In a rush to find a solution to get a card in the mail to my mother figures, I went looking for something better than the usual option because I knew I wouldn’t have time to visit the store in person. That’s how I found this app. I put in two orders last night, and they’ve both been created and mailed! I am so impressed and happy with the turn around and quality of the cards that were designed! They took all of my notes and created some super cute cards in less than 24 hours. Truly outstanding! I can’t wait to hear the recipients’ reactions when the cards arrive! Thanks Punkpost for a unique, thoughtful, and EASY way to keep in touch with others!

I found Punkpost at the very beginning of Covid, and am so glad I did! The cards are such a neat way to show someone you care, and the customer service can’t be beat! I ❤️Punkpost.

Been using this app for years. Now after wasting 15 minutes trying both with Apple Pay and entering credit card manually (should never have to do that) nothing but failed payments and error messages. I don’t have time for this. You lost a customer

I have been using PunkPost since 2017 and I have loved every single creation they have made for me. The artwork, the drawings, the special touches that they put into every letter and envelope are so incredible. And what’s crazy is that it’s so affordable. it would cost about the same for me to pick up a cheesy card at the store and mail it myself without all the special touches their artists add in. You have options of adding in photographs, confetti, gift cards, and just special doodles that you know will make someone happy when they receive the card. you can also add in birthdays that you want reminders for so they can tell you when to put in your card order so the recipient receives it on time. I am so happy that I found this service and I’m excited to use it every chance I get. Thank you to everyone at PunkPost!

Although this seems to be a great concept, the execution is horrible. Between having issues with my address not saving, and Apple Pay not working through this app; I couldn’t even get through my first order. It’s a shame because I really wanted this to work well.

I got this app and I've been using it for three years! I love that I get to send my friends and family something sweet on their birthdays and important life events, and I can plan it ahead of time. The app can be a bit buggy but it's gotten better from three years ago, so it's not a dealbreaker for me because the end result is still AAA+++ !!!

I can say enough good things about this app… it combines fun card styles and creative artists who make it all become a one of a kind card for family and friends. I wish I was as creative as these artists. I have used the app multiple times- have not had any issues with incorrect orders or disappointing results. Plus, there is a quick turn around time! Most cards are completed within 10 days or so- every time I have used the app, turnaround time has been faster than projected.
