The feeling of walking into a house that smells good after a long day is just incredible. I cannot recommend enough!!

Let’s start by saying I love, love, love the great selection of scents. The fact that I can pick and choose the mood and the “smart” features is a plus for me. However, I have now 4 devices that will constantly go offline and will not work properly. I have lost brand new pods because the devices stop working and they dry up. The customer service is lacking. After countless attempts to troubleshoot the devices at home, I finally communicate via emails back and forth with them. Some times days in between messages. The issue was not resolved so I gave up. The pods and devices are not modestly priced but they service and device quality is that of a cheap quality product. I really want to love them but I just can’t keep spending $ on obsolete devices that will only work for a few months until the next software update.

Not sure why it didn’t seem to emit any scent.

I purchased Pura because I enjoyed it at my daughter’s house. The scent I wanted was never available and unfortunately I don’t know how the other scents smell. Therefore I could only guess. I want to cancel after a 6 month period. I continue to call Pura to cancel, but they say I cannot until 6 months. They never think to ask, “What is the problem you are having and how can I help?” If they did they probably could help me resolve the issues and keep a customer. I cannot figure out how to time the scent’s release, right now the smell is so strong I have to unplug it. How do I get samples of scents? I cannot recommend Pura because you will enter into a relationship that you cannot break or stop. They keep shipping and billing.

Just don’t even waste your time, energy or money! I had no idea when I signed up how long I’d have to keep subscribing to this stupid company. They don’t work-tried to cancel within the 30 days/couldn’t. So now I’m stuck! I HATE this company with a passion!

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. They are not understanding and are hard to contact. They have no empathy and only want your money regardless of the concern brought to them.

Took about 3 weeks to receive my reorder cartridges and one was not correct.

1. App and website is unnecessary complicated. Not user friendly even for an IT Engineer. 2. I’m extremely sensitive to scents so I was looking all over your site for vanilla car scents which is not available for car. Vanilla are only scents I can tolerate without getting an headache. Instead I tried coconut hoping it wasn’t too bad unfortunately I was incorrect so that was a waste of my money after I tossed it in 3 days. 3. For the amount of money I paid it shouldn’t be impossible to speak to customer service for issues, complaints or feedback. 4. Pura please pleas do better!!!!!
