No hay subtítulos o idioma en español ?

Estimados estamos buscando una alternativa a Netflix y sabemos que para nosotros uds son nuestra mejor opción pero no podemos suscribirnos por qué no tenemos targeta de crédito americana ojalá pudieran ampliarse para llegar hasta nuestro país Ecuador.

I’m so disappointed because I was looking forward to watching Christian movies. After several hours and help from customer support I finally got the password and username to work on my iPhone. Tonight I’ve spent a couple hours trying to set up on my Roku. The app downloaded, but again it would not recognize my password and/or user name. Tried mirroring Pureflix through my Roku but it only gave me audio. Every other app I use on Roku works flawlessly. Pureflix does not. Mirroring from my iPhone to the Roku works…Pureflix does not. I’M TOO OLD TO MESS WITH THIS, so, I’ll be cancelling the .99 cent 2 months fee. Not worth it.

I’m really tasty this is an option, but having working my lists and such is a must.

They are constantly charging my card for more than the annual rate is going for

We really wanted to love PureFlix. After 2 years we are still completely unimpressed. We pay annually with a strong desire to support a Christian network. However, we do pay money for this app and rarely get to use it because it is so dysfunctional. On our LG TV, a basically never works. It really works on the iPad we set up for our kiddo to watch VeggieTales from time to time.

I do like this app. Lots of great movies. But if you want to cancel. It’s almost impossible. No way to cancel on the app. It makes you go to a website then when I have tried to cancel it literally does not let you. So 2 stars for me.

If possible I would rate a negative 5. Casting is absolutely horrible. You can’t watch 2 minutes of a movie without tiling and buffering.

App consistently fails to load even after removing and reinstalling the app.

if you don’t have a game pad for your tv than don’t bother. I Set up an account on my iPad and paid than went to set it up on my tv only to find out that it isn’t like any other streaming service I have. They require a game pad. So I cancelled immediately after paying but was not given a option for refund. So I just paid for a month and can’t watch on my tv what a ripoff!!!
