its been a year and sfill not fix

Useless app, always unavailable, hindi maka pag register sa PWallet, yung sally chat kuno offline din palagi…sabi sakin mahina daw signal ko kaya unavailable duhhh. Naka 5G full bar naka postpaid pa sa smart.. pag uwi sa bahay ko ginawa gamit wifi pero unavailable pa din hahaha, paki improve nyu naman tong basurang app nyo.

Can’t even create an account. Did they even test this app before releasing?

I tried to link my loyalty card to this app and showed same error. Tried to contact the support via email but asking too many details and the picture of my IDs and me. Ridiculous

It was okay before the updates. I am using IOS eversince and I dont have any problem before. But lately, I cannot select delivery schedule. I already raised it to your customer service over facebook but they seem not of help.

It loads for a long time with every action, even just editing the quantity. The search function is very buggy; would always say no results even with a basic keyword. UI is not user friendly

Napakawalang kwenta ng app nyo parang grade 1 gumawa wala ba kayong IT???

Downloading the app was a waste of time and effort. I kept on getting account registration temporarily unavailable for a week now. The app has alot of potential but the way it was created and how end user intends to use the app brings so much frustration.

I registered but it says that my number has already been registered but I never registered my number here! I even tried my daughter's number but didn't work as well

I can’t finish my application because the save address button can’t be clicked. Pls fix this
