What is going on with the surveys not loading recently? Only managed to get one survey to load over the past 4 days. Every survey opens up to a blank white screen, and the main page always says to reload.

Pureprofile is by far the best rewards App and unlike others does not take long to reach your cash reward.

I download the app and for the first day I got a lot of surveys. I got $12 in my balance but after the first day, I’ve gotten 0 surveys. I’ve checked back twice a day (minimum) for two weeks now and haven’t got a single other survey. Because I haven’t hit the $20 balance I can’t cash out. So basically I wasted hours of my life because I cannot hit the $20 as I’m getting no more surveys Don’t waste your time

Hi Pureprofile Team, Please fix the issue where the transactions are not displayed if it is the last day of the month. I have reported this issue long time ago and no fixes done to this issue.

I use quite a lot of survey sites and this one is the best I’ve come across. The surveys pay well and even if you’re not accepted for a survey you’ll often get 10cents for it anyway. So glad I found Pure Profile.

Very easy to use !

Takes a very long time to redeem money to your bank account and gift cards do not work at all. I ordered a $30 Amazon gift card months ago and sent multiple emails to the PureProfile support email and they still have not responded nor sent me my gift card.

Pureprofile was the first survey app I discovered. It does what it says and you get paid doing surveys however in order to get a cash out you need to earn a minimum of $20 and it takes 30+ days to be processed into your bank account. It makes the surveys near pointless with how long you have to wait to get the money. There are other surveys apps with smaller minimum cashout ($5-$6) and you can get it sent to your Paypal immediately. I then transfer it to my nominated bank account and have the money in the next couple of days because I don’t pay the transaction fee for faster processing with Paypal. I like Attapoll and Eureka. Don’t waste your time with Pureprofile, it’s way too slow to earn money with…

This company regularly lets you complete entire surveys then tells you you didn’t qualify. When you contact support they don’t respond. Don’t waste your time!
