My kyc is still over And it’s over two days Why???
having issue with generating an account
The app is great but why am I having issue with generating an account,which is making it impossible to find the naira account

This bank app is a total flop Made a transaction yesterday It failed but I received a debit Made another transaction today while still on the yesterday case It failed again and I received a debit None of the receivers account was credited Contacted support No reply , no change Still the same And this isn’t the first time it happened You guys have failed as a bank !!!!!!

It would be so much better if money can be deposited through a card and do I even fund the app??
