I am not happy with this app .if we select some product or searching for some product always saying something went wrong can’t working properly.

Apart from giving multiple images of all the products you should ask for the wrong product image only. It took almost 15-20 mins to just give you images and after that you people are again asking for the images. Such a poor customer service and i didn’t receive my refund. Would not recommend anyone your app.

Late delay of shipment and cancel product themself

From recent time this app is not working properly . I don’t know what is going on with purple app I tried to open it again and again but it is not working .

Hi everyone, Please don’t book any product from these purple company. They are cheaters they don’t deliver product to your home & don’t waste money by booking through this purple company. Cheap mentality from the customer care. They don’t even know how to respond to the customers queries. Once again re-reiterating don't waste your money by booking this products.

Products are sold out but still added to cart and waste your time

For the first time I ordered from this app and still haven’t received my order yet, it’s in my city from last two days but these people can’t make it delivered.

Ordered 5 things from Purple, expecting a smooth experience. WRONG! Got a box with only 4 items. Called customer service, hoping for some help. Instead, I got a clueless rep who basically said, Sorry, not our problem, deal with it.My money got wasted and neither i got a refund nor an exchange.I would recommend everyone to shop from good brands like nykaa that actually values you. Absolutely ridiculous!
