This app and I are in a long term, polyamorous relationship that only gets better with time. The rate problems I have encountered have been solved in short order by their responsive team.

Works well but the media player doesn’t remember where you last left off. You could watch for 30 minutes, stop the file and when you try to restart it will only remember maybe the first 5 mins into the file. The only solution I found was to start and stop at the point of the file you want to continue from and eventually the app will remember. Most times it takes a couple tries, other times it takes quite a few tries to get the app to remember where you left off. Would be perfect if this issue was resolved. This is happening with downloaded files, not sure if the issue happens when streaming files online too, but I’d imagine since it’s using the same media player. Picture in Picture works great and is a nice feature.

Great app but downloaded offline video stop working if not connected (ex: on airplane).

Been using this app for a few years now. Definitely subscribe to the subscription it’s super helpful

On my newer Vizio 4K TV, along with my new Apple TV 4K, whenever I play a movie from this app, the sound seems to go silent/off during quiet scenes in the movie. But immediately and abruptly comes backs when any dialogue or other sounds come in from the movie. Any ideas how to fix? This only happens in your app.
