3Dセキュア
急に認証が始まり使い勝手が悪くなった。出来たり出来なくなったり。 これレビューしたらクレジットカード会社に確認下さいと回答されるのだろうけど、私のカードは三井住友カードで他は認証をすんなりするのにこのアプリだけ苦労するのはなぜなぜ？ このアプリが原因と思います。

It is so easy to use. Choose what you want, check out online, and place an order.
Once your order is received, all you have to do is wait for a while.
As it shows the shops near you, you can find available shops in a second. *1
At a takeout-only restaurant or a food court, notifications let you know when your order is ready.
You can pick up your order without lining up and wasting time.
Also, Putmenu supports 12 languages and various online payment methods. It enables you to order and pay in your language.*2

UIが酷い
ガソリンの価格が安くなるのは良いが、QRコードスキャンするまでの画面操作が多すぎる。 UIを改善してストレス無くして欲しいです。 これだったらスマート給油じゃないですよ。ガソリンスタンドのパネルタッチの方が楽です。
更新いらない
前はよかったけどアプデされてから3Dのやつ更新しないといけなくなったから何回もしようとしたけどできないからアプリ消そうかなって感じ
使えない
対応したお店が近くにあり、灯油の予約をして店に行ったが、灯油を購入する場所には説明書がなく、従業員にどうやって購入したら良いか質問したところ、わかりませんと言う回答だった。使えないならそう書くべきだし！不信感しかないアプリだ。PayPay使えると思い利用したのに、使えないなら他の店に行った。二度と使わない。
使えない
HP上の店舗検索では登録されている店舗がアプリからだと検索出来ない！
音がうるさい
操作音や通知音が異常に大きく、マナーモードにしないとまともに使えない。
改善してほしい
ある日突然アプリが開かなくなり、アンインストールとインストールを繰り返しても結果は同じ。ストレージの容量には余裕があるし、iOS のバージョンも最新。ガソリン給油に重宝していただけに残念で仕方ない。アプリが開かない、落ちる理由が知りたい。
うるさい！
通知音がうるさい。 AirPodsしていると鼓膜が破けそうになる。 改善してほしい
地図検索もできない
3年前のレビューで100km離れた店舗が表示されていた、とありましたが関東住みなのにスクロール4つ目でもう串木野とか出てきましたよ……店舗全然増えてないじゃん。 ガソリンスタンドの値段が分かるくらいかな利用できるの。決済するんだから流石に価格は合っていますよね……？？
