Kinda lame a crypto wallet won’t let you pay with crypto you have in the wallet but need a credit card 🤦‍♂️

I downloaded this app as part of one of my Coinbase Rewards and one of the things to do is play “Mystery City” and no matter what i do or how many times ive tried, the game will not load and just sits at a blank white screen

I did my learning Coinbase and upgraded to the pro version and it doesn't let me do anything anymore. It says I have problem, but that doesn't give me any anyway to do anything different and I can't move forward and it says to write a ticket on your discord, but I can't seem to find you on discord either.
