i have enjoyed this game for 5 years now and i never intend on deleting it. however, recently while i’m completing a puzzle, there will be a random pop up that interrupts my game by going into my browser and saying “scanning for malware”. this is very off putting and didn’t think this app ran ads like that. fingers crossed for a solution soon!
Started getting random Chrome pages opening saying it’s scanning my phone.
I used to enjoy this game. But the last couple weeks, every once in a while, one of those pages that say it’s scanning your device for viruses just randomly opens on my web browser from the app. I deleted the app because I have no idea what kind of malware is embedded in the app that is causing this.
I played this for a few years. All of a sudden it stopped working. Watch out.

Just finally cancelled my subscription after years of using the app. It’s no longer saving my progress, so the puzzles that I finish on one day show up the next day as incomplete. I’ve reached out to support 3x and not gotten any response or feedback, so as much as I enjoyed playing, I’m going to have to find something else
I have played this game for years & have never encountered anything like I have bn for over a week now. I’ve went into the menu option & contacted support 3 times in the last week. No one wants to contact me back or help me. This is sad because I really loved this game. If I could give zero stars I would.
Puzzles are challenging but help is there if you get stuck. Having a variety of puzzles also keeps it interesting.
I’ve been in love with this app, I love puzzles and I’m having a good time playing it. But… for a few times when I use the app, it automatically opens a link to a website that would “Scan for things” which is a hack website. I feel like it might be a bug.
This game has not loaded for at least a week now. I have been on puzzling.com support page many times, read the known issues FAQ and it only mentions this issue with some Android devices. It says for other issues to “contact us” but I can’t find a link to do that anywhere! I have played this game for years on my iPad Pro currently running iPadOS 16.7.10. Please help
