Double Charged for Purchases

Fun game, but I have been double charged for top-ups at least three times and cannot contact Customer Service to resolve!!

I absolutely LOVE THIS GAME! but these images are not accurate. Well I guess they are but Those are mini games that are in the apocalypse to get extra points to buy/make other things for your sanctuary and army. There are chance to attack other players. Join alliance. Real love people to play with. The images are a major downplay for how truly amazing this game really is! It’s a game of strategy, even a little adrenaline rush right before you attack someone or they attack you. This game easily becomes a hobby, so if you are looking for one. You found a GREAT ONE! Gaming&socialization all in one place. FIGHT ON!

i would challenge any developer of this game to justify the absurd pricing found within. the social aspect is (can be) enjoyable, but that community is built by the players, not the game. as far as the actual gameplay goes, it’s just a never ending cycle of collect and spend, collect and spend. there are frequent events throughout the week, most of which are hamstrung by varying levels of poor design; but even these are repetitive and usually reskinned or renamed variations of the same thing. on top of this they have inadvertently created a cannibalistic server ecosystem where the oldest “states” become stagnant due to literal month long build/research times on single upgrades and no possible progression in pvp events. so the strongest players continually migrate to new servers that seem to pop up every week. younger states are dominated by big spenders and overpowered bullies, which causes players to leave in frustration or migrate to other states which then causes a collapse there and the cycle continues. one avenue the game pushes relentlessly to dangle a balance of power in front of you is - you guessed it - spend an insane amount of money. every day. the only redeeming quality is managing to find a decent group of folks to play with. also the name of this game is awful. and “puzzles” is a stretch.

Be prepared to lose everything over and over again

Everything you work on WILL be stolen by higher lvl players that pay to play. If you start an alliance don’t let anyone you don’t know personally join because as soon as you’re off for a couple days the Russians or Koreans (both servers got a head start and are notorious pay to play “gamers”) will depose you kick everyone you invited to play with you and you from your own alliance if you’ve made any alliance progress. On top of that the they will mercilessly attack your sanctuary making it nearly impossible to get enough resources to actually progress. I’m devastated because I started to playing when it was still early access in the states and made some friends only to have all connections lost because I had a personal emergency that kept me for being on for 2 days and now it’s a “RUSSIAN” alliance as proclaimed by the new alliance leader months of progress lost along with several friends everyone and everything replaced except the name I gave the alliance.

Don’t play this game

The game is a pay to win game. You can play this without spending money but they make it almost impossible to do so. They have mini games inside the game, but you can’t win AT ALL unless you spend money to shuffle, withdraw, or discard. It’s also a player vs player game. I don’t think anything tells you that before downloading.
