Q Mobile Banking

Needs more help options half the time I don’t know where to find anything on this app.

App is extremely user friendly and makes all of my banking needs easily accessible!

I’ve use this app for several years, and I am a blind user that uses voiceover. When iOS 16 came out this app was rendered not accessible and I have requested help from Queensborough to have the third-party developer fix their accessibility problems. I have been waiting three months, no luck.

Great bank System

Easy to upload checks and check account balance

It nearly takes an act of god and one of my kidneys to deposits a small check. The check was made out to cash and I signed the back and wrote “for deposit only” on the back. It was rejected because the check was not written out to me and o did. It write “ for deposit using the queensborough app”. The check was for $70 and they could have held it until it cleared. Nice people but behind the time with reality of people living real lives.

Depositing commercial checks that have watermarks is difficult to often impossible, often resulting in a trip to the bank. This should be an easy fix but seems to continue to be overlooked. The other features work good

It would be great if we could hide or nickname our accounts through the mobile app
