I have split king bed, before this app used to work fine but now when I try to use it it controls only one side even though I tried side A side B and both settings it controls only side. Both side setting in app still controls only one side.
It says it has been linked but it doesn’t move the base at all. And the phone that I downloaded the app into does not appear on the appear on the list of devices. I have turned the blue tooth in and off to make sure it gets scanned. Very disappointing
The app for the iPhone works. However, parts of it do not like the timing for the massage feature 10 2030 minutes it turns off after a certain amount of time there’s no way to lengthen that. Everything else on the app does work and it connects via Bluetooth every time. The interface isn’t great compared to other apps out there.
My base is connected to this app, the matching remote layout is selected, but when I try adjusting the base using this app, nothing happens. Prior to the last update, the app worked for my base. The new app version seems to have broken something. I’ve tried reconnecting the base, toggling the app’s remote selector, and even went so far as to delete and reinstall the app. The app says my base is connected, but doesn't move my bed. The physical remotes work, but this app no longer does. Very disappointing.
The remote stopped working, and I can’t even get it to be better
Have not been able to use the remote app since getting my mattress and base 4 weeks ago. The base doesn’t show up in the list of Bluetooth devices. I really want to be able to use my phone to control the base!
Just bought this new bed at Costco. The app actually works the same as the remote and that’s all the expectations I had. The app is old and clunky but it works.
This was a terrible app to begin with! Then the company launches an update that breaks it! I tried all sorts of settings to no avail. I finally got it to work with my bed again by deleting the app from my phone and reinstalled from the App Store. Once your back in the app, I was able to successfully reconnect my base unit. Still a bad app, but at least I can adjust my bed again.
Recent update renders app unusable.
