I use this app for a while now, and I can clearly see the improvements made based on the customer feedback! Looking forward to future developments

Ik krijg geen enkel laadstation te zien op de app - zelfs al staan filters uit.

Veel laadpunten mankeren, slechts 1 laadsessie op 10 komt te voorschijn… Pas van de firma dus niet veel andere keuze…

App doesn’t differentiate between public and private charging points. Information about networks that accept the Q8 electric card is completely missing. A very straightforward and simple thing like a zoomable map of Belgium with all Q8 electric compatible charging stations is not included. It’s a truly useless app.

Reageert niet als ik een laadsessie wil stopzetten. Ziet de reeds stopgezette sessies als nog actief. Momenteel ben ik bijvoorbeeld volgens de app reeds dan 13u aan het laden terwijl het laden maar 1u geduurd heeft.

You can start the sessions but can't stop charging the session.

Geeft duidelijk weer waar ik kan laden met mijn Q8 pas en ook al mijn persoonlijke gegevens zijn snel terug te vinden/ aan te passen!

Mon entreprise vient de m’informer qu’un compte a été créé pour moi, je télécharge donc l’appli, je rentre mes coordonnées, l’appli se lance sur une carte et plante immédiatement… Impossible de faire quoi que ce soit. J’ai autorisé la localisation pourtant… Une solution ?

Cannot perform the payment through app, card isexcepted but always throws errors sayin statin unreachable, stuck in the middle of no where thanks to this with no charge, worst service ever

L’application ne fonctionne pas. SAV inexistant. Ne réponds plus aux mails car ils ne trouvent pas de solution.
