I can’t login when contacted Qa told to use the web

The navigation could be better and the download functionality is extremely buggy. The actual content however is very good but is let down by the app quality.

I am absolutely loving this service it has really has taken everything I have loved from previous experiences of QA and made a truly beautiful ‘learn at your own pace’ platform with a subscription price that makes it hard to ignore. Just one problem I have found is that after downloading courseware you still need to have some form of internet connection to view, this is not a problem usually, however, I did intend on getting some hours in on a long flight I took recently which obviously thwarted that plan. If this little niggle could be rectified I would say that this is the perfect place for anyone looking to up skill to cloud technologies (well… it is perfect without the ability to download but would certainly be nice!)

Glad to be leaving ur first review. The app is good. Ur videos are good and of high quality. The mobile UX could be a bit better. What's annoying is that it has to download the content Everytime. Can't u just make this content download once or something? Ur users won't care. But downloading the content Everytime is annoying. Thanks

Was this app coded up by a couple of high schoolers? Everything is disjointed and not intuitive. Managing downloads is very broken as there’s no swipe to delete. The downloads section scroll looks like something from 2009. When one completes a course, there is zero indication of such completion when searching. As if all that isn’t bad enough, I frequently have to crash the app out because it goes non responsive.

Really liked the layout. AZ-900 questions weren’t like the exam, but close enough. Recommend using another practice app as well.

Would love to use the app but couldn’t change playback speed to 2x since the play button covers it.

I love the courses and lectures. They are great and easy to navigate. They are layered out in easy to understand methods. My issue at the moment is accessing the FAQ page, help tickets and certain exams. I tried to access the exams (after subscribing to their paid courses) and I keep getting sent back to the page that says I paid for these exams. I know I paid for them that’s why I’m trying to access them. So I tried to submit a ticket, error message on submitting a ticket. I thought it was my faulty service but my other apps seem to be working just fine. So I tried to access the FAQ page… another error message.

It is pretty easy to navigate through course lectures on the go, I used it while walking. Quizzes at the end of module is test your knowledge. So far I haven’t found any issues.
