Qantas Money

Needs a search function for transactions. No notifications other than when Apple Pay is used. On top of that, when asking a simple question via the app message function regarding the lack of these features was told to call them. What is the point of the message function. Paying super high fee for this credit card, but getting cheap unacceptable customer service and useless functionality

It would we nice to have a look up option to find an old transaction

The app works fine but very slow to open. Needs a quick view to see the balances left before I go to use it!

Just received my new Qantas premier credit card and can’t even log onto the app. I’ve tried multiple times over two days and it seems the app is having technical issues, this looks to be a common occurrence. Where are the developers for this app? Are they offshore?This is not good enough Qantas spend some real $$ on this app for your customers.

After Face ID, the screen just has circle spinning. I tried to close it and reopen again. It’s still the same. Sometimes I get lucky to able to see the home page but after I click on the credit card it freezes and show something went wrong and the request timed out. It’s so difficult to use the app. I’ve tried deleted and installed app multiple times and it’s still the same. I’ve just received my credit card and I can’t see the balance and how should I pay. I’ve to activate the credit through the phone call. Even I tried login from the website, it shows nothing. I definitely wouldn’t apply for this card if I knew they have the issues like this.

The app has issues at least once a week. An issue alert is provided however the issues are continuous. I have since left due to the app being an ongoing issue for over two years.

App is easy to navigate, make payments and see balance etc.

Sorry guys, but Qantas Pay / Qantas Money is just too hard to use. This story tells it all: I wanted to put €500 on my Qantas card and €500 on my Wise card. Using Wise it cost $810 and transferred instantaneously. With Qantas it cost $837 … but I was saved because the transaction failed to load on the Qantas system.

This app is like the weather, sometimes it’s sunny and warm and works!!!! Other times, like the past week, is cloudy, freezing and horrible. Won’t open, deleted app, still won’t open. It’s the inconsistent app I have ever used. It’s a guessing game if it will open or not 🤦‍♀️
