Once again, the only way to log in is to delete and reinstall the app.

App requires you to re enter your log in details every few days. Request pin and Face ID set up when logging in but never uses them. Painful to use.

And it’s getting worse! More bugs, stupid login process. Hope you manage my money better than you manage this app!

I log in and set up face recognition and pin for quick access. Works for a day or two then I have to go through the whole login and setup process again. Most of the time I try to use it I just get an endless spinning wheel.

Often just doesn’t open at all - it seems to never remember any email addresses - just frustrating when it should be so easy to quickly check you balances. Some view of what movements over the last week in your balance would also be good if you could get to it easy. Suppose with the merger they have given up on trying to get it functioning properly

It is apparent that the developer has not tested this app. You get a circle going round and round and more of then than not, can’t log in. Then you have to keep setting up a pin after using the app several times. This happens constantly. This app is absolute rubbish.

Whoever developed/manages this app has failed the Super members of this fund. The amount of times I need to setup my pin to login is not acceptable. It never used to be this way. Time to start listening to your fund members.

Half of the app functions don’t work.

Every time I go to use the app I have to go through the login setup process again. This is getting old fast.

The amount of times I’ve had to delete, reinstall, set up pin etc is ludicrous. They really need to get their act together!
