2022 still no Apple Pay Seriously?

I wish you can add the metro card to Apple Wallet for easy access. This will help a lot. I also hope that users can stay logged in even if they close the app.

Won’t sign in. Company can’t fix login problems.

Adding cards to apple wallet for use in gates will make the experience much better

It says it doesn’t meet the minimum security requirements! Does not work with ios 14.

The app is decent but still needs some work on the user interface, bugs and crashes. I have some suggestions though: 1- Card management: allows the user to add a digital card to Apple Wallet, and scan the phone on the subway entrance instead of the physical card. 2- Widget: add a Qatar Rail widget on the iPhone to allow quick access to important information without opening the app (e.g., Card Balance) 3- Apple Watch App: allows the user to access information using the Apple Watch, and also scan the watch as a ticket on entrance.

Why do you need my birth date, gender, nationality, and profession to register? I’m surprised Apple even allowed these to be required information when approving this app.

Not friendly to use, misses basic features which should be in metro app like city map with actual stations location. Every single time asks for sign in even if choosing remember me. And the problem there's no app except this one!
