The pick up service is excellent. BUT, if paper recycling is wet is it contaminated now and becomes garbage. Because, lid free bins are abundant and this is confusing. Is clean and dry the expectation?

This is a saving grace for someone who is new to the area and does shift work. Thanks to the app I will not be missing garbage days or mixing recycling days again.

Works great so far and I like the depth of the Waste Wizard. Would be nice to have the option to have more than one reminder. For example, I’m forgetful, so I’d like to remind myself of pickup the night before AND in the morning.
