It responds much quicker on my work IPhone than my google pixel. Please fix it so it is as responsive.

Considering most people have a smartphone, I do I like the concept however I have had this installed for a couple of months now and only a couple of people have ever scanned it! 1. Visitors are not used to scanning QR codes and so will either not notice the code (people don’t read signs lets face it) or can’t be bothered to scan it 2. Push notifications are not always the best way, as I don’t normally pay attention to most notifications. A call/voice feature would be neat however QBell may struggle on implementing this due to limitations with this being browser based for visitors I like what QBell are doing - Everything is QR Based/NFC stickers these days, however I think it may be a while before this is normal for answering the door as the limiting factor here is convenience for Visitors/delivery drivers.

Fantastic product! Need to educate more people to use it / have it, will never miss deliveries and go around searching for my orders round the neighbourhood again!

Tried setting up my quell on the app, it says it’s registered already. Comes up as “Flat 6, A Street”. What a ripoff. Avoid these con artists, DO NOT BUY.

Fantastic idea, well executed, quick notifications, decent price for premium with a genuinely free tier. What’s not to like?!

Changed my whole approach to ordering online. I used to use the Amazon drop points for my parcels as a way of guaranteeing I got them, now I can guarantee that they’re waiting for me when I get home. Occasionally doesn’t work as the delivery company/ driver isn't quite with it, but that’s not QBell’s doing and I’m sure will come with time.

Super useful- makes my life far easier. Look forward to seeing what features come next

Ordered it 4 times now. Weeks later and still nothing in the post. Decided to cancel the subscription early to avoid getting charged

All notifications settings are turned on but I never receive any notifications whatsoever!!! Because of that issue I have been unable to get a proper full experience through the rest of the features.
