I don’t know why but it would say it’s connected but when I click it it would say “unable to connect”, does it require the internet? I don’t know help please

Completely useless.. scans QR on Plus 4 then beeps and does absolutely nothing… I’ve lost faith in this company if the devs who work on the printers made this app… stop trying to follow the shadow of Bambu Lab.. can’t even code a simple application.

Extremely difficult to connect the 3d printer. Says to scan a QR code on the printer that I can’t find.

Just won’t connect, only thing that works for this app (kinda) is that you can change “some” of the text to English. Outside of that I really have nothing else great or even good/nice to say about this app. 🤷🏾‍♂️… kinda makes me not want to get anymore of their printers and move on to Bambu. Atleast their app works.

This app lets me control and monitor my Q1 Pro which is great. It has a few issues though. First complaint is that it keeps logging me out. I don’t want to keep having to sign in every couple weeks. Password autofill doesn’t seem to work for this app either so I’m entering credentials manually. Second complaint is that it will show my printer as offline even if it’s online. Selecting the printer even when it’s showing offline allows me to connect to it. Third complaint is that initiating a connection with the printer doesn’t always work. Sometimes I have to restart the app to get it to connect. Overall it works but it feels clunky.

No matter what you do can't connect.

This won’t connect to my networked Max3 automatically. The manual connection instructions remain in Chinese even after selecting English.

Was connected for about a month now it refuses to reconnect and keeps giving me the error message saying "unknown column SN in field list"

To change the language hit profile bottom right then 4th link down and should be I. Language settings

For those worried about the app opening in Chinese: To change it to English, hit the profile button on the bottom right, followed by the 4th button down, and then on the next page the 4th button down again. That will bring you to the language select, English is the second option. Hope this helps!
