I can’t even register to get started! I put phone number in and that’s as far as I can go. It says to accept t and c but there is no option to do so. Now stuck with an expensive but useless bit of gear

Seriously higher some actual English users to help u with ur app as it is extremely bad. The save button on ur profile is not even in English even tho I have English selected. Please get help with ur app.

Bought their product and it requires the app. I selected my avatar many times and it refuses to progress forward, because the app software is horrible and poorly supported that you can’t even sign up. If I were you, I don’t recommend buying their items because if you can’t sign up, you just wasted money on some useless plastic and this is exactly what happened to me.

After trying to register QIUI I’m about to give up, then I read the reviews on here, I wish I’d read them earlier. Hoping they fix their app but not hopeful.

I downloaded it to my iPhone & tried to set it up. Can’t get past page one of setup. So now my new hardware device is useless as the App is BROKEN!!!

Can’t update profile, partner can’t add me as keymaster, half text is is English, other half in Chinese. No instructions or info to find out how to operate new interface. Partner can’t find unlock button, is stuck in chastity. No contact available with designers.

So much for an update. Many core functions no longer work. Timer in particular is now completely broken (worked before) and community function is non existent. Reluctant to try handing over control to a key master as simply can’t trust the app to work - this is its CORE FUNCTION and really needs an overhaul immediately.

App is not complete !! Locked !! Wont open !! Worked unlocked few times then app isn’t fully functional very misleading useless
