Especially the Savannah dakers is very friendly in international admissions. I am 100% satisfied.

I had checked earlier in the day what the wait time was for plate renewal. It was about 30 minutes. I checked in the pm and it was 3 minutes. I left work 2 miles away, and was back at my desk in 15 minutes total! This is a wonderful tool!

I have made 3 appointments and they haven’t recognized it once

I use this frequently to try and hold a spot in line and it continually gives me the processing signal. On wifi on my network with full service. There won’t be anyone in queue and I’ll have to try 3-5 times to have it process and by that time it finally accepts my request there is 5+ people in line. There isn’t a way to save “favorites” or “frequent” places not a way to save profile settings to not have to repeatedly enter them. They claim it’s less time in line, but it doesn’t deliver.

This is such a good idea but some important things are missing. This works perfectly if you never need to reschedule or cancel. I need multiple appts with city planning dept, and I need to be able to go into the app to cancel a meeting if there has been a delay in getting the documents needed for that meeting. I even tried texting “C” to cancel all my meetings so I could start over, but that did nothing. Basically, this app (and the fact that the Planning Dept. does not answer telephone calls) forces users who need to cancel to be the jerk that just doesn’t show up. It would be so simple to add the option “cancel appointment.” That would make this perfect.

The app can't find the office that I actually am standing in. I can sign in while standing in the office, but when I use the app to use the already in line feature, it does nothing. I've signed in the office, got the text message, confirming I'm in line, but the app won't tell me anything about it. The concept of the app also also deceives anybody who comes by the office because you can't see how long the line is. And you are not told until you've been waiting a while. It deceives people and encourages people to wait when they should give up and come back later.

The web site would not allow me to add time. Fix your web site to work properly.

It is awesome being able to go get stuff done while waiting in a line and getting updates. Very efficient

Using this app saves so much time, I appreciate not having to take any more time off from work than is necessary. Thank you

The search function is terrible and is pretty much the whole app. It needs some sort of Home Screen to be able to reset the search. Feels like an intern made this three years ago and it hasn’t been updated since.
