It’s a real suffering to activate it, then it asks you to remove it and reinstall it again on your phone!!! Then your online banking get blocked !!! Then you go all over the whole cycle again and again and again !!!! Real hassle and waste of time ... Sorry to say it, but go learn from the CIB apps !! I stopped using it and will not use it anymore !!!

Really!! You want to customer to visit the bank to activate the mToken service and I can’t update my personal info unless I have this service activated!! WTH are you doing ! You destroyed the value of online services.
