My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel from 10-14 May and again from 22-25 May. Although there were some hiccups like being given a handicap room, this was resolved very quickly. We were impressed with the efficiency and quality of service by the front desk staff as well as housekeeping. In particular we would like to say that Andreana who handled us was outstanding and went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. She was exemplary in all ways.
