Your app developer seriously needs to remove the app’s glaring brightness - it’s highly annoying and uncomfortable to the eyes. Please stop blinding your app users with such terrible UX.

Certain navigation will log me out then I need to keep type in the credentials to login back. Search feature are bad, example: search for tomato, but prompt all the unrelated result at the first page and I need keep press to next page to find the item I want. Qra is a good store. But the mobile app system need enhancement.

I just dont like the app itself adjust the screen brightness to maximum. My eyes can’t take it. Please configure the setting.

The app functions as it should for collecting points and redeeming vouchers. I also like that it has a transaction tracker that shows my spend and points collected.

Each time i open the app, my phone’s brightness will go max! I cant manually decreasing the brightness, it will automatically max up again. 👎
