Used to be great way of storing PET results now doesn’t even open disappointing

I am disappointed I can’t make it work!!! A total waste of time

The app eventually opened once but not since despite multiple tries. I also found a message hat said the X-ray wouldn’t be available for 14 days - ridiculously slow! Waste of time. Reflects poorly on QScan that they can’t get basic IT right.

This App does not work at all

It keeps dropping my ability to use Touch ID to get into it. But then when I go through the app to get into it, it tells me to download the app! Very frustrating!

Please fix subsequent attempts to login

APP has to be deleted & reinstalled each time you want to use it otherwise you just have a blank screen forever when it opens. Please fix it!

If you can’t send information to patients using simple technology like you had a few months ago and be of service once again. PrinceSue

This has worked for me in the past but now refuses to open. Would be a great service if only it worked

I asked for facial recognition and that worked for about a week now it’s back to asking for my password. Facial recognition screen still shows up and no matter what I do. It’s always incorrect password which I’ve reset 1000 times. This website has never worked well and I’ve been using it for years. No guarantee next time you sign on that you are going to get in.
