Report to CASE
Qoo10 not reliable/trust. Order refunded date on 22 oct 2018 and deducted $69.90 on 24 ovt 2018. I ask bank file an dispute. Report to CASE Singapore. I did not receive my refund. It very hard for me to trust qoo10 How can the order status refunded it actually not refunded and the amount not even credit to your bank account. I didn’t receive my refund.
