I downloaded this app and used it religiously as directed through the tutorial video. Noticed my thought patterns, gratitude, patience and energy were completely changed by the second week. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

This APP is so wonderful to use. Super easy to follow the steps on how to use the APP with very helpful videos. LOVED the 10 day beginners meditation program. Listen to new mediations now every day. The QM app was the essential resource in the QM program that provided me with my own personal ‘self check in’. It gave me a greater awareness of how I was feeling as well and an opportunity to further broaden my personal development through meditation and learning. The app complemented the program so well, empowering us to take the steps forward to a greater, more fulfilling life. In the past, I have done other mindfulness courses, however the big difference with Richard’s program, is the app. Having the ability to have a resource there at your fingertips, has just been so amazing and worthwhile.
