I only had one question while I was doing my session during the project. Turns out to be my fault anyways. But the qualsights team was very helpful and supportive and got back to me very quickly. I was surprised and they were pretty nice about it too.

I really liked that the home page brings you to your current projects so you know exactly what you need to do. Also the app tells you what each button means or does when you go to record a session- that was really helpful!

I liked answering the questions in my activities and found them easy to complete and record. Easy to use app.

I’ve completed a few different sessions now and even though each one has been a different kind I have experienced no issues. The directions are laid out and tell you exactly what you need to complete. I just had to give my feedback and opinions and show some products in my home while talking about them!

Great! Support answered my questions when I had a question about a session I was completing. It was easy to find the message feature within the app.

Really easy to use and user friendly. App was simple to navigate and found my session with no bumps along the way.

App made it really easy for me to complete my sessions. No performance issues or problems!

App just stopped working and now I’m behind n my assignments and risking not getting paid

This app is complete trash and all the support people do is make excuses for it. The app routinely crashes or freezes and reports ‘no internet connection’ which is a complete lie. Studies routinely fail to load or get stuck on the spinning circle trying to load. And all if that happens if you’re lucky enough to get past the ‘Invalid User’ or ‘Not Authorized’ errors trying to load that study you’re participating in! But the best example of how trashy this app is…the app doesn’t have use basic iOS functionality like autocorrect for spelling, punctuation and capitalization errors. It’s so painful to send or read messages with support since they’re poorly spelled, lack punctuation and look like complete gibberish. Whatever they pay to participate in a study isn’t worth the time and energy that goes into even getting this app to work partially!!!

Customer support does nothing and it’s been months. Thanks for wasting my time.
