Disappointing Service: Failed Fund Transfers and Unresponsive Support
I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues I have encountered while trying to transfer funds from my Scotia Bank account to my Questrade account. Despite multiple attempts over the past three days, I have been unable to complete the transaction using either my debit card or Interac transfer. When attempting to add my debit card, the system fails to recognize it and does not allow me to proceed further. Additionally, each time I try an Interac transfer, the transaction fails without any explanation or resolution. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since I need to fund my account urgently. I am unable to understand why such basic services are not functioning as expected. As a customer, I rely on Questrade for seamless transactions, and this experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
For an online platform can’t believe how bad the app is
Considering Questrade is an online only platform, I can’t believe how bad this app is. Maybe the developers should sign up for a TD and RBC brokerage account and see how these brick and mortar banks are even winning in the online space also. The TD brokerage app is amazingly well done fast, responsive, informative, gives instant balances, dividend pay out info etc. This app is disgracefully bad for an online only company
App won’t start..
New issue which started today. App won’t start…. Infinite load screen. Deleting app and re-downloading it did not work……
Doesn’t even load anymore
This pile of garbage just gets stuck on an infinite loading spinner now. Invest in your interfaces you assclowns.
Awful App
Truly the most awful trading app out there. I have used IBKR, wealthsimple and my banks trading app but questrade is the undefeated king of awful interface. Won’t even get started on the similarly awful website. Stopped trading, will only keep the account size I have.

What are you doing? Like everyone else has said the previous app worked perfectly and they replaced it with this garbage app that doesn't work. SUPER ANNOYING
Don’t even want to open it
Why have Face ID when the app asks me to set it up again EVERY time i open the app.
Horrible!!
Only Questrade can take something good to make it FAR WORSE and call that an update. Questrade app before this one was way faster and easier to use. Want to do strangle / straddle right away you could do it. Want to see its P&L right away you can see it. Want to see current positions just options p&L right away. Want to place a quick order - way easier in the app they phased out. I can’t stand how Questrade destroys a good working product, takes out it to release a wayyy inferior “update”. And false advertise it how it’s better when in fact it is wayyy worse,
