Booking through QueUP apps is only applicable for selected services at the Headquarters, Department of Immigration and National Registration.
Current services applicable are:
Smart identity card section
- Application of identity card
Travel document section
- Application of travel document
Visa, Visit and Diplomatic section
- Application for extension of visit pass
- Application for extension of student pass
- Collection of visa approval letter
- Re-entry visa application
Foreign Worker section (Company)
- Application for extension of work pass /dependent pass/student pass
- Application for cancellation of work pass /dependent pass/student pass

been trying to access using my username and password but can’t get thru, tried to reset password also cannot, make a new acct it says email already in use.

App does not even show next available dates.

This QueUp app is practically useless. You cannot even book a time in advance and you still need to contact them. And even if you book a specific time, you will still get called at a later time. This does not solve walk-in problems at all.
