Quick Notes - Email Me

I'm regularly thinking of a new idea or task and need a quick way to make a note of it that I will not get lost. I've tried audio notes and the Notes app, and they were fine, but this meant I had to remember to go find them. With this app, I click the icon, write my note and click send. It's so useful to get ideas out and it's right in my inbox.

Email Me has been awesome for my productivity. Its intuitive design allows me to jot down thoughts or tasks in seconds and instantly email them to myself for seamless organization. I love how it eliminates the hassle of switching between apps, making it incredibly efficient for capturing ideas on the go. Whether it’s reminders, meeting notes, or to-dos, the simplicity and speed of this app have made staying organized effortless. It’s the perfect tool for anyone looking to boost productivity while keeping things simple and efficient.

I was looking for such an app for a long time, using other things- but this app is a one-stop-shop for everything one needs to manage their minute to minute reminder. Great app, great value!

This app does the job excellently, so much better than “captio” which is no longer operative.

I’ve used other apps to send emails to myself – an essential habit for capturing ideas and notes on the go with minimal effort – and they worked *okay*. But then I tried Email Me, and the difference was obvious: this is artisanal software, crafted with a lot of thought and care. Being able to use such a nice app, and to support the solo developer who is maintaining it, is well worth the price. I love the Apple Watch app as well. Give it a go!

When I take our dog on walks, I have ideas the pop into my head. Now I use Email Me to capture the thoughts without missing a beat. Great simple app that does what says in a straight forward way.

This is a perfect note-to-self app. It’s fast, does what it needs to do, and gets out of the way. It has full support for Shortcuts, widgets, etc. It’s worth every penny.

Over the years, I’ve explored numerous apps to send notes to myself while on the go, but I can sincerely say that this one stands out as the best I’ve encountered. The breadth of functionality it offers is truly unmatched—I’ve searched far and wide, and nothing compares. Having used this app for just over two weeks, I’m genuinely amazed by its responsiveness and smooth user experience. What’s particularly encouraging is seeing positive comments from users spanning the past 3–4 years. I’ve tried four or more similar apps during that time, only to watch many developers abandon their projects. I could rave about so many aspects that impress me, from the outstanding support provided by Manuel, the developer, to the intuitive design and the flexibility of setting my own SMTP configurations. However, I encourage anyone to give this app a try for themselves. I’m confident it will quickly become an essential tool in your productivity arsenal. It is truly that great!
