Quick ride is like a breath of fresh air in the car rental market that’s plagued by poor service by Uber and Ola….. I was just blown away by the service of quick ride recently from the airport….. Clean fresh cab…. Extremely helpful driver….. affordable charges….. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

50% of the time drivers doesn’t come or behave properly, I feel they work with different companies and prefer which is longer distance and gets more money, no guarantee that you will get taxi if you book through this app and no support functions responds.

They have very dishonest drivers who will ask for extra cash even when you pay online and quick ride customer care is worst on the planet, they will never ever be able to resolve your query. Even they are part of this whole fraud . They are running a fraudulent company

The map application would definitely need an upgrade. It shows incorrect pickup point calculates incorrect fares. Also your proposed fare not working as expected, causing confusion with the riders.

When I didn’t pick their customer care call once because I was busy, they went ahead and gave my number the cab driver who kept calling me post the journey was completely. I got mad at customer care representative and they went ahead and shouted at me saying “if you don’t pick call, we’ll give number to driver”, which is absolutely absurd. The driver knew where I lived, and it became extremely scary.
