Great when it works Lost all timesheets pre 4.4.24 and they are unable to resolve the issue despite several calls and emails. Latest email to them advises: Thank you for your email. We would love to help you with your question but are unable to find an existing open case for your request. Please send new questions through one of the support sites listed below. And I was replying to their email Very frustrating tech support to what is potentially a very good app.

Im using a 14 pro, and this is app is BEYOND slow. Seriously just revert us back to the old version, That kinda worked ok. Emailed their support a bunch of time and never got a response. Would give zero stars if I could.

Currently using iPhone SE but also trialed on 13 Pro and A71. All devices where rather unresponsive to my needs, clocking in, switching resources, clocking out would quite often be out of sync, this was quite buggy before the beta fiasco a month or so ago but now it’s shockingly bad. On the whole, I have no faith in this app whatsoever. Role on losing this provider and using something more trustworthy.

Clearly been designed by someone who has never filled out a time sheet.

This is quite possibly the most annoying timesheets app I’ve ever seen/used. It forgets timesheets, sometimes doesn’t load at all, makes everything very clunky and as of recent has just stopped opening all together. The new UI is even worse. Very bad app, do not recommend.

Takes a bit of getting used to. Easy to forget to clock on & off. Therefore, glad to be able to edit time sheets.

It doesn't record our workers' hours properly, always lost track. When I ended subscription and wanted the record of the period I paid for, they refused to help and export data. Such a scam! Even a network provider or a bank have to issue paperwork for the period you were with them, so you wanted me to subscribe again just to export the data.

The app used to be great as it was always available and fast. It has changed recently and it often takes longer to login and begin using. This is a problem when time is short which means people can’t use it properly
