Quickstart workout generator

Terrific app, great routines. No excuse not to workout now. Wish it synced your workout data with the Apple Health App

Just tried my first workout. Very impressed. I'm recovering from an injury so it was good to be able to choose exercises

This app is easy to use but delivers decent workouts. I've done 4 or 5 now and each time I've ended with that lovely post gym feeling. Might be improved if it gave you some progress indication as you can lose parcel toon of how much further you have to go. While you can substitute exercises in the auto generated set of exercises it is not massively flexible (other than selecting intensity and duration) but as the algorithm that selects exercises seems to do a good job of getting a complimentary set that is not a problem. I like it.

I like this app as well, I just put in how much time I have and equipment I got and it comes up with a work out that's quick and gets the job done, I don't have to think just do which I like, only complaint is it needs a internet connection to work and in my garage I only get 2G so it takes ages to load the workout, which is a bit annoying .

I really like this app as you can do a full blown workout or use it to supplement against other activities

I don’t like the app and would like a refund. I add equipment, time, & difficulty. Yet the app automatically chooses exercises that doesn’t even use the equipment I had planned to use. :(

An option to download stuff beforehand like in vt pro would be nice. Thanks :)

I am glad the app is working again. The new exercises are challenging.

Was a good app. Broken now. Gary that I paid for it. Makes working out anywhere easy. Didn't give the extra star because I feel like the voice prompts could be better.

Would love to use this app since I paid for it but it doesn't work any more. Please fix!!
