QuickTap Survey & Form Builder

I've used quicktap for several different events my company has participated in and it's been great to gather feedback and engage with the audience. It's super easy to use and love that you can customize screens with your brand. Greta customer service as well, received professional, friendly service from Beau and had my questions/challenges dealt with in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend is app!

I like quicktap survey beacuse it was very intuitive to use. I built a survey very quickly. Great customer service by Stephan Amoah who answered all my questions really quickly. I was also surprised to get a follow-up phone call to see if I had questions after I signed-up. Great service! Thanks! I plan to implement a survey soon.

Overall great app! Their platform is user friendly and allowed me to create quickly a nice-looking survey. I had a problem retrieving some of my answers, and their customer service answered my request in the next minutes. Stephen even sent me all my answers by email to make sure I had all of my information! Thanks for the great customer experience.

Effective Data Gathering. QuickTapSurvey delivers as promised. Easy survey creation and user friendly for respondents. Support staff makes things work if and when required(Thanks Sabina L.) I rarely provide references, however happy to do so with this product.

Easy to create surveys, good reporting feature, and the software simple for users. Sabrina on the CX team was available to answer my questions quickly and helped me every step of the way.

The trial license was indeed free and ample for evaluation purposes. FAQs were also very accurate. The solution is amazing and the support folks ( thank you Stephen A) outstanding. Looks like the tool for us.
