I tried to access the loan feature but it’s not working

I was happy to see the new Transfer and USSD feature a life saver because the card wasn’t working for me Love itt!

What is wrong I can’t pay my bills Just keep showing blank

Why was the transfer option for payments removed?

So poor in confirmation. Paid for epin, am yet to receive it for over 3hrs now

The app needs serious updating Been finding it really difficult to activate my ecash because you guys refused to send a confirmation token to my phone number

Please send me my eedc token. You said payment takes 24 hrs to be confirmed, it’s almost 48 hrs. Pls send my token so I can credit my meter. I regretted not going through reviews before downloading this yeye app

Disappointed with this platform. Had a failed transaction in October 2023 and four months later in February 2024 I am yet to get my funds reversed. I keep getting emails out of the blues that they are working on it and I keep wondering how long it takes to process a reversal. Four months is a pretty long time for that.

I bought electricity since 30th of September and was debited without given me the units , sent a mail and no reply till now … This is a fraudulent act because if you won’t give me units you should refund my money ,it’s a useless app . No one is even working on my complaint or telling me the way forward,you better give me my units or refund me .
